  • To observe the specificity of supervised support

  • Refining the reference skills that are to be brought into play when creating and developing the observatory
  • Developing both qualitative and quantitative studies
  • Setting up a survey via questionnaire
  • Analysing the data collected

  • reducing any assymetry in information

  • To play a part in improving entrepreneurial public policies

  • Setting up an observatory and a national database about incubators (in association with the main networks such as Entreprendre, Elan, and Retis)

  • Designing tools for management and evaluation of the performances of incubators
  • Palying a part in updating the regulations for standardising incubators
  • Elaborating a model for evaluating entrepreneurial public policies

Aims :

  • To understand the links between inter-organisational strategies, innovation and the performances of innovation
  • To identify the main cooperation strategies for innovation and performance
  • To identify the relationships, within netwoks, that encourage innovation and thus economic performance
  • To identify the factors taht have an influence on relational strategies that result in high performances for innovation (effects linked to the sector, size, geographical location, etc.)

Actions :

  • Analysing, via specific industry studies, cooperation strategies and their effects
  • Combining industry studies with an inter-sector study
  • Trying to identify any regularities common to all industries

Aims :

  • To study standardisation and contractualisation systems in the field of sustainable development
  • To assess their impacts, particularly on launching innovative ideas (contractualisation of group relations for businesses at the local and regional level) and on Corporate Social Responsibility

Actions :

  • Elaborating original models making it possible to clarify the contractual relations at stake
  • Proposing economic and environmental policies for the use of private partners and local and national institutions
  • Listening to all the main actors in social dialogue at the local and national levels
  • Producing results both in terms of legislative proposals and the construction of a guide for use by local social partners

Observatory for sustainable development in SMEs

Aims :

  • To describe and understand the conditions for integrating sustainable development logic into the representations of the owners of SMEs
  • To understand the ways in wich this logic is implemented in management practices and the consequences it has on the form and level (and thus management) of the performance of organisations

Actions :

  • Collecting a significant observation data set for the purposes of international comparison
  • Developing various research questions, by combining the methods adapted to processing statistics with field observations based on qualitative methodologies
  • Taking part in the first epidemiological study initiated by the AMAROK observatory

Market strategies and sustainable governance for businesses

Aims :

  • To identify the marketing and financial strategies, practices and tools allowing businessess to develop sustainable dynamism
  • To measure the consequences of implementing them on the performance of the business and their links with the market (consumers, distributors, interested parties, banks, financial market)

Actions :

  • Developing new knowledge both on the support methods for businesses and their managerial and sustainable development practices
  • Designing and testing the validity of new tolls to evaluate the internal (shareholders and interested parties) and external (consumers, market, institutions) governance of new businesses or those of limited size
  • Proposing an interpretation framework for the directors of “start-ups”, SMEs and medium-sized businesses so as to help them arbitrate between the various public and private sector rpoposals for sustainable development
